I wish I had not bought this system. Because I live quite a ways from where I get my brows waxed, I thought it would be great to be able to do it myself at home. Hopefully it will get easier as time goes on, but it was miserable the first time. The instructions are extremely vague. Something like, "paint it on and peel it off". No specifics like duration, etc. I about ripped my face off trying, and left a red rough area that took 2 weeks to heal. It seems like all the ingredients are included to be able to do this, just not the instructions.

this wax is a real pain. it gets a good, firm grip on the hairs which is nice, but it also tries to take your skin with it. it worked well on my legs (i was even impressed by how short some of the hairs it grabbed were), but it REALLY hurt to use on my face. this wax leaves a lot of sticky residue, too. it's a real pain in the butt to clean compared to a hard/stripless wax... the lid's hard to get off the jar... wah wah. long story short: if you've never used a hard wax, this stuff seems pretty great. if you REALLY hate cleaning up sticky messes (and being a sticky mess), try the gigi hard brazilian wax instead.

This is advertised as all the other 'honee' waxes are, to be water soluble with easy clean up. well, you need some extra post waxing stuff or you will end up with a sticky film all over yourself. not like other washable honey waxes. still worked good tho.

This stuff is great for your legs but it is NOT all purpose! I tried to use it on my armpits and not only did it only here three hairs, but it also decided to take some skin with it, even after I put on some baby powder. Its been 3 says and I still haven't been able to wear deodorant because it burns like crazy. However, I tried it on my legs and it worked like a dream. So, to take my word for it and don't put this stuff anywhere near those armpits.

Does the job. Like all wax residue left over after pulling, hard to remove. I use coconut or olive oil to remove left over instead of chemicals. The wax is VERY stringy so to say. After you dip the stick in you have to roll the stick over and over / up and down to break that stringing of the wax, you know like how melted cheese will do. This is somewhat annoying because then the wax is uneven on the stick and running about. But otherwise the smell is not horrible, does not smell chemical ridden or stink up the bathroom, mainly a more natural smell. Does the job alright. I think once you get used to using it, it's fine for an at home novice. Just take your time and check temperature before applying.

Not what I expected but my experience with wax is minimal so this review might be a bit unfair. I usually use natural honey/sugar waxes but I wanted to try something new and thought this honey wax would be a good transition. Clean up is a nightmare. My sink got so messy and I ended up throwing out all the wax strips I used whereas I would wash them and reuse them with the natural stuff. I'll likely be going back to honey. The plus though is it does a better job with fine hair and shorter hair than my natural honey/sugar waxes. I would usually have to go back on the waxed area a few days later to get the shorter hairs and avoid the damage on my skin. With this wax, majority if not most of the hair comes out, even the finer and shorter strands.

It came damaged but I went ahead and keeled it. I don’t really have time to return.

Didn't care for the smell, although it's not too strong. Worked ok for hair removal

Item arrived leaking. Wasn't sealed correctly.

It got stuck on the bowl and on the table. I had to use a strong liquid to remove it.
