I've had similar t-shirts like this before, and they always fit fine in XL. This brand was very small, they took weeks, and I had to pay shipping to return them. BEWARE!

Update: After only 2 months I can no longer wear half of these shirts. The quality is terrible, the stitching comes out causing holes, and they did shrink even more. You get what you pay for with these. They look like they rushed to sew some material together to make a shirt without any regard for doing it properly. I will not be buying anymore of these shirts and do not recommend anyone else get them if you plan on wearing them more than 2 or 3 times. The shirts are not bad. They are a lightweight material and have some stretch to them which is nice. The colors are nice and the fact that you get 5 shirts makes it convenient as well. On the other hand, the shirts are pretty small. I wear an extra large and ordered as such, but these shirts fit almost like a medium. They are much tighter than I expected and are not near as long as I expected either. Hopefully they do not shrink anymore, otherwise they will become a compression top. If you want to be safe, order 2 sizes up; to fit kind of tight order 1 size up; and for compression fit order the size you would normally wear.

After waiting an unbelievable amount of time for delivery, the shirts are poorly constructed; short sleeves are 3/4 long and not even, and neck is stretched out as if they have been previously wore.

maybe these shirts are supposed to be thin for a reason. I do not like thin shirts like these. I much prefer a heavier shirt and cotton material. maybe this is my mistake but either way, I still do not like them.

spend a little more and get a better product

Main reason for purchase, POCKETS...arrived with NO pockets...and LATE!...be careful...
