great little speaker

For its size, it has an amazing sound and the battery lasts forever. I took off one star b/c the icons on the buttons are near impossible to see. They are just embossed into the black rubber surface. I go over them with a white paint pen and it looks like poo, but at least I can tell which button is which. The only other design flaw is that the charging port faces up when it's hanging by its strap, which is how I have it on my golf bag. As long as the rubber cap over the port is firmly attached, it should be waterproof, but it seems like a good failsafe to have that facing down, in case it's outside in the rain and that cap comes loose.

Good sound upgrade & portability for PC etc

Improves sound of basic speakers on tablets & PC's etc. Great portability, good sound but not meant for music sound quality improvement as much as better vocal enhancement.(talk radio-etc.)

Not too shabby at all!

Granted, the sound quality isn't spectacular, but what the heckin' heck are you expecting out of something this small that cost only thirty bucks? You want gorgeous sound, you're gonna have to drop some serious cash. Anker knows where it's at with this thing - it's all about the durability, usability, and battery life. This has all three in spades. I should know - I work in a pizza place where it is hot and flour dust is everywhere. Whenever one of my speakers gets dirty, I can just dunk it and get all the dust out.(Before someone cries about "durability', keep in mind that MOST ELECTRONICS DON'T LIKE BEING DROPPED REGARDLESS! Be careful with your stuff, people! Accidents happen, yeah, but that's no excuse to be careless.)And yes, the Bluetooth stereo pairing feature works, too! Everyone that seen it loves that feature. You know those old films where they talk about things we'd have in the future? Welcome to the future, people.

A small reliable speaker

A small reliable speaker, great for schlepping around the house & for travel. Sound quality is fine for my purposes (podcasts), adequate for music.

Battery life not great, paring range not great, but works as a handlebar speaker

I bought two of these so that my daughter and I could both listen to audiobooks or music while on a walk/run with her on her bicycle and me pushing a stroller. It works! I use https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PG9MXSH plus some grip tape to hold the speaker to her handlebars (wedged up against where the stem meets the bars, to prevent it from rotating towards the ground), and I pair mine with hers and we can listen to one audio stream on two speakers. Sound quality and volume are both very good.Only downsides are:1) the range when paired is limited to maybe 30ft (which is surprisingly restrictive). So now she carries her own phone (hand-me-down iPhone without a cell plan) and I use my own phone2) battery life seems way worse than expected. I'd estimate 4-6 hrs at most3) Most annoyingly, the battery level indicator seems wrong: my phone will show 20% battery left on the speaker, then BAM it will disconnect from my phone because the battery power is insufficient (paired or unpaired). So that's not great.I can live more readily with a shorter battery life so long as I know what that life is! But both of those are problems. Hopefully Anker will improve the battery level estimate through a firmware update, and in the next generation include an extra battery to give it unassailable battery life!
