Stopped working after 4 months. Good at first though it does require frequent battery replacement but then even with new batteries it just stopped. Poor quality.

My first one lasted about a month and I made the mistake of buying a second. Please don’t waste your time or money.

I loved it when it work. Last three weeks stopped working. Changed batteries nothing worked.

When it worked it was great but it stopped working after just under two months. I also had to replace the batteries twice. Yes, twice. Twice within just under two months.

The first set of batteries died in 2 weeks. The second set of batteries died in 2 weeks. Unless you own a battery company, don’t buy this Waterpik.

Although I loved using this flosser while it lasted, it quit working about a year after I bought it. (bought in Feb 2023 - quit in March 2024) The batteries were fine with no corrosion in the compartment. I'm not sure why it quit, but I am reluctant to invest the money to replace it.

Do not buy this item. It died after 2 weeks, changed the batteries which lasted abither month then it dies completely. I didnt own it more then 3 months. Pure JUNK.

This worked great until it didn't. Just under 1 year into using and it's lost all power like it's about to die. We'll see what the warranty covers but I would recommend finding a different product to avoid the headache.
