I purchased this item twice! Both times they were damaged or not correct. The first set had two tops the same size, so one didn’t fit in the sauté pan, they both fit on the stock pot. So I had to get a replacement set, when that set arrived the lid I was in need of the inner aluminum rim was totally bent! So I returned that set as well! I was still trying to get a replacement set so I went in store and was going to purchase a color that was not by preference but they allowed me to open the package before purchasing and it was damaged as well one of the lids inner rim was bent too. There appears to be no quality control for this product.

I received this as a Christmas gift. I was so excited to have a nice set of pots and pans. Well the stock pot came scratched and the 5-quart sauté pan’s lid doesn’t fit. I’m disappointed with this set. Was really looking forward to it.

was super excited to get these as i looked for the perfect green color & they finally they came 2 days early! But i was highly disappointed as the box was all beat up and then inside was a mess. with dents & scratches on most of the items. then i couldn’t even get them replaced with the same color as they were sold out in TWO DIFFERENT STATES that I looked at and even online was sold out from a secret sale.

I bought this set because they were affordable and we were past due to update our old pots and pans. They were wonderful for the first couple weeks and now everything sticks no matter how much oil or butter I put down first. Very disappointing.

These are pretty and I like the idea of ceramic for non-toxic cooking. However, tried to boil water in the stockpot on my electric stove and after nearly 30 mins, gave up. It says the set works with electric cooktops but the large lot definitely doesn’t. I make a lot of pasta and such so the set is useless without a stockpot

Right out of the box the pans had very visable scratches all along the edged exposing the material underneath the cermaic or nonstick coating. Wiping the damaged areas left a continual gray metallic residue on the towel, definitely not something you want it in your food of course! I had been eyeing this brand of pans for awhile so this was a total disappointment to have them arrive in the type of condition in which you would normally replace pans not receive them! I sent the images to target and in order to get a refund or replacment I have to print a label and drop them off myself to a shipping company myself in order to get a resolution. I don't have a car which is why i ordered them online to begin with so its quite a hassle. Target should arrange return pick up for defective items if you really want the clearly damaged goods back, or allow me to toss them out myself. I'm suspicious that these pans were already returned once and target ended up shipping them back out to the next person who ordered them (myself). Everything in the box was in rough shape, even the packaging and instruction note card, these pans are not suitable and they belong trashed not continually sent out to customers.

Husband gave me these as a gift. Excited to have ceramic coated non-stick pans! Two lids came dented and after a few uses they are no longer non-stick.

The pans are beautiful but beauty doesn’t beat functionality. It was good using it the first 2-3 times then food started to get stuck to the pan. Paint chips of so fast. The material looks like I’ve used it for years but in reality I only had it for two weeks. I will definitely be returning.

The worst pans I have ever purchased! They look nice but everything sticks. Don’t waste your money.

After about one month of use, the pan (which i use almost daily, the food starts to stick! Then the rest of the set became the same. The other thing I didn’t like that they don’t heat up quickly. Only bonus is that they can be put inside the oven with the lids. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
