My son purchased this item based on online reviews. It started turning itself on randomly without being touched and now has completely stopped working or even turning on after just over a month of use… Disappointed in the quality and also that target would not allow a return or exchange at all with packaging since he paid cash and lost his receipt. No other option was offered to him for resolution either so he paid $70 for a disposable razor. Save your money folks and look for another brand that will stand behind its products.

Mine stopped working after less than two months. Really disappointed. Battery stopped charging so it never turned on after the first couple used.

I Just Purchased This Item After Seeing So Many Reviews For Smooth Shaves. However, This Product Does Not At all Live Up To Expectations. It Is An Uncomfortable Shave And Leaves Long Stubble. Cannot Get Anywhere Close To The Advertising. 0/5 Terrible Product.

90 day warranty only and it died 5 months in so can’t get a replacement most trimmers have 12 month warranty it does shave exceptionally well but if it died after 5 months might as well stick to a lower quality one with a 12 month warranty

It stopped working without two months of purchase . When I went back ti target to return it , the manager told me that this item is non-returnable after 30 days . So No warranty. Really poor quality Don’t buy it

Terrible product, terrible company. This company should be sued for selling products that are built to break just after the warranty period expires. I had done my research ahead of time and was aware of the battery issues when making the purchase, and so I had assumed that by not leaving it plugged in too long that it would be fine. However, I was wrong. I have never felt so wronged and tricked in my life before as a customer!
