It fits nice and snug. I’ve used while doing planks, crunches and running without it getting in the way.

I do a 6 mile ruck and various workouts with this vest on and as a free weight. Push ups, situps, burpees, kettlebell swings, ect... excellent product. My go pro fits on one of the bands as well so that's a plus

I ordered the 20 lb vest because I wanted more challenge with my calisthenics. When I received my first one, I opened the box and noticed iron fillings leaking out of somewhere. I returned that one for a replacement. I opened the box for the replacement and again, iron fillings leaking out of somewhere. I was frustrated because in my situation, this makes the vest unusable. I messaged customer service about my frustration and there was a prompt reply. I expressed that I wanted to be assured of a defective free replacement this time around. Rachel C. and the customer happiness department assured me it would be taken care of and it was! While having to deal with 2 defective items is not great, having prompt and effective customer services makes all the difference to me!

I’ve owned this vest for about 6 months now and still looks new even though I use it a lot. I got the on that weighs 18 lbs, I’m 5'3 and weigh 137 lbs. I don’t recommend this weight for beginners. Strengthen every back muscle and shoulders and then get a heavier vest. I don’t recommend it for running or you’ll have to hold on to it because it will hit you hard on the chest with the bounce. It has straps to adjust to your body, much needed because I’m a small person, but doesn’t fully stick to you.

It’s not exactly a snug fit on me, so at times the Weight shifts and pulls you in that direction if you make sudden movement.

I have the 16lbs and the 30lbs. Wanted to get the 30 after wearing the 16 for a while. Love the 16 and wish I felt the same with the 30. I understand that the 30 might not be intended for jogging but I found that the 30 isn’t balanced as well as the 16 or that I just notice more because it’s heavier. Both are still holding together fine and don’t have any problems with the materials. But while jogging the 30 likes to fall down from the back causing the upper most chest strap to ride up into my throat. Still love these !
