Thought they were soft toothbrushes but they are medium extra clean

They're not "soft" brushes! They're labelled "medium"!

This was listed as SOFT bristle toothbrushes & why I ordered them. I received medium bristle which is too harsh for my gums & not recommended by my dentist. Since it’s a final sale item,I cannot return these but they were advertised incorrectly.

They were listed as having soft bristles yet I received Mediums. Unfortunately my children and I have to use Soft for various reasons, so these are completely useless for my family. I will try to give them away but Soft Bristles don't equate to Medium Density Toothbrushes.
