I was disappointed in the shipping. The album is a masterpiece, but my vinyl was shoved into a too-small mailer, and the sleeve was damaged in multiple places. I do not even mind sleeve patina, but come on, get the proper mailers target is a mega company this seems like a silly oversight.

I ordered 3, 2 as gifts and 1 for myself. All three came a little crushed and bent because they decided to shove all three in one tiny box made for one. I’m really hoping all the records sound good and aren’t ruined because someone was careless.

Package came ripped and creased, I wish they were more careful when handling the record. Disappointing but still a beautiful record.

CD case was broken upon arrival. Product had little or no protective packaging (just a brown paper package). Other than that CDs look fine.

Such a great album, but I'm so bummed that the packaging was bent. Also, one of the vinyls had excess along the edge. It shouldn't affect how the record plays, but kind of odd that such a highly anticipated item really seems to have been thrown together. Taylor's brand and Target are usually so much more careful of these types of things, especially for the price.

I really love this album, but was disappointed on its arrival: The corners of the cover and the sleeves are crinkled because of the packaging. For a $60 album Target should have done a better job of preventing damage to these items by using something with reinforced corners to protect the contents.

Two out of the four vinyl came slightly warped (disks 3 and 4). They played ok but trying the book method now to see if they will flatten. Also, it came packaged too tight. It came with ring wear on the covers and part of the top was creased. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be pretty normal across many of them. We need better quality management! I’m still deciding if I should return and try a new set or just be thankful the warped ones play. For $60 I’m leaning on returning, but will decide after I see if the book method works. I bought this online and was shipped to me (for clarity).

Purchased this Vinyl specifically for The Black Dog (IYKYK), why did my vinyl set contain two of A/B & no C/D to be found? Of course side D is where The Black Dog is. Luckily my store had copies to exchange, but I staying up until 2am on release day to ensure a copy & then having to scramble to get an actual copy is not fun.

My vinyl was damaged when I got it I didn't realize it tell I took off my plastic and it wouldn't close the case was bent in the corner for what I paid for it. It should've come in good condition I was kinda disappointed what the cover looks like.

The vinyl itself is beautiful and works perfectly. The issue was target. I ordered it the instant it came online in hopes that I’d get it early, but then I never got shipping notifs so after the arrival date had come and gone, I tried to get a replacement. However, target just cancelled my order, no refund or anything. So I had to talk to customer service on it, who was very nice but instead of offering a refund or replacement tried to offer a 10% off coupon. I’m sorry but 10% off when a $60 item was lost just isn’t okay. Finally got a replacement and thought that would be the end of it, but no, actually. It finally arrived today, and was mailed in a huge box instead of a vinyl mailer. Which normally wouldn’t be an issue, but vinyl is fragile, and it was left where it could move around in the box. The cover is all scratched and creased in multiple places. Not a big deal since the records are still usable as far as I can tell, but still insanely annoying as I intended to display the sleeves. I highly encourage you to go in store if you want to get one. The whole shipping ordeal was probably one of the worst situations I’ve had buying anything online. The vinyls themselves are very pretty, and as always for Taylor’s vinyls, the sleeves and cover are gorgeous. It doesn’t have a booklet for the cover like the other TTPD vinyls do, but honestly that’s a good thing since it’s already huge. Pictures are the box it was shipped in, and the creases and scratches on it.
