The product was easy to assemble since I read the reviews and knew what to expect. Chairs are comfortable and sturdy table is a table. Now this is where it all goes down hill, last thing was the bench not only was the one side no put together correctly so pole could not go all the way in to attach the screws but they also forgot 5 screws. So now I have 99% of this out together and the last piece won’t fit and there are not enough screws if it did. I would have given 5 stars if the bench would have gone together and they gave me all the screws. Very disappointed.

I'm so angry with myself for ordering this set. Immediately after it showed up, a much better deal on a nicer set appeared in my local grocery store of all places. I decided to go ahead and keep it though because it's small and would fit on our patio with room to spare. That is still the case and combined with that it's cute, I gave it 2 stars. Putting it together was a nightmare! I still have a screw that I just couldn't get to work in one of the chairs and we'll just hope nothing bad comes of it. I couldn't get anything to line up and almost said forget it in the SEVERAL HOURS it took to put the set together. My hands were swollen from tightening, loosening, moving, and re-tightening.. If the holes and screws could've been done properly, this would've gone much faster. I regret ordering, but at least it's not hideous.

Pay very close attention and make sure you have all the parts and right parts! I got two of the same side of the arms/leg (one piece) so I have one chair and one bench instead of two chairs and one bench! Waiting to hear from the company to see if their gonna make it right or if they want the whole thing back just to get the right piece! If that happens I will be sending it back for a full return!
