The overall quality of these ottomans is very good, except that one of the ottomans was not at all level. One leg was 1/4 ' short. Communication with the company is not very good. They did make a reasonable settlement, after several emails & photos

Overall I'm very happy with these two ottomans. My only slight negative comment is that the cushions are a bit too thick and don't attach easily and as I store the cushions when we're not using them, it creates a little effort. But all in all I'm pleased I purchased them.

The size a little smaller than expected but works great with my chairs in sun room. One of the pillows have developed light gray spots on it and have no idea what they are. I've haven't washed the cover and the reason for lower marks for over all rating and value.

All the assembly required was screwing legs on and tying on cushion. The only reason for 4 stars was because one cushion came really scrunched up And will not lay flat. Not a reason to return. Hopefully in time it will flatten out

Exactly what I was looking for to go with outdoor patio furniture. Nice dark color. The cushion are nothing fancy - wish there were different colors to pick from. Only assembly was to screw in feet - very easy. Very durable - work as footstool or as stand alone seats when we have more people and need more seating. Only complaint is the attachments for the cushions aren’t super sturdy - cushions still blow off in the wind

Easy to assemble, are holding up well but they are also on a covered porch so can’t speak to sun fastness. Also, I suppose a person could sit on one but I wouldn’t recommend it. But could and should be cheaper for the quality of what you’re getting.

I have had this for less than a month and it is already staining. I purchased the ivory and was concerned with this but it says stain resistant. You get what you pay for.

They came packaged well. I’m enjoying them. Fabric is vibrant. Haven’t had them long so I don’t know if they will last and look the same. They look like they should have costed less.

Upon opening the box I was pleased with the ottomans and one of the cushions. The second cushion was too large (made for a chair) and does not have a tie down. I have contacted Tangkula and Costway by email and neither have solved their problem. 7/24 update. Waiting on replacement cushion, shipping from China. I would like to say that customer service was done my email, and they were very prompt to reply. I have no complaints about the service—it’s been phenomenal. Quality control wasn’t too great. The ottomans themselves are well made.
