THE EMAIL DID THE SAME?(FOUND A CHINESE NAME) THIS ANSWERED WHY RETURN OF SLIPPERS WAS IMPOSSIBLE! THE SLIPPERS WERE CLOSER TO A WOMAN'S SIZE 8 THAN 10?
