This item does not function without software. there is no software. the manufacturer says they can not get it to work and their sorry. i just returned mine. save yourself the trouble.

This Mesh Network router set is not supported anymore by the manufacturer. The app to setup and control these routers is not available on the Google Paystore anymore. It is still available in the Apple store. However you will not be able to activate it and proceed with the setup because the vendor's authentication servers are shut down, and networking error will be generated during the initial setup. The customer service of the product will tell you that the product has been discontinued and should be returned to the seller. Very upsetting...

Downloaded the App from Apple Store. Installed it. When it opened, it has 2 lines ( one for email address and the other for send code - and both greyed out). And it goes no further. End of the story. Useless. What a joke......., I'm Sad.....
