Temporary reluef from neck pain.

Does what I need it to do, light weight. Heat it up, perfect, chill it down, perfect.

Ir works and is soft. Mine is my favorite color.

It drapes around my neck and shoulders quite well but it does not hold heat for very long.

It heats up quickly but that's because it's very thin and not very loaded with the little beads that heat up. Therefore it doesn't stay warm for very long maybe 10 minutes. Should have more beads or whatever is inside. Had I known I probably would not have purchased.

It’s OK. Expensive for what it is. Wouldn’t buy it again.
