I have been trying to contact customer service for the past 2months. Umbrella fell apart upon opening. No matter how many times I sends msg or go through the Customer Support web, I’ve had no success. I am forced to write a review to get attention for this matter.

I have been trying to contact customer service for the past 2months. Umbrella fell apart upon opening. No matter how many times I sends msg or go through the Customer Support web, I’ve had no success. I am forced to write a review to get attention for this matter.

Ordered the umbrella in the blue color which is beautiful, but when we set it up today, it doesn’t work. There’s nothing to hold it open after you crank it to the open position. Returning immediately.

The sole lights are failing to work and I haven’t had it a year yet

This umbrella was awesome for like 5 weeks. One by one the points of fabric ripped. :(

Faded completely after 1 month of usuage...

Broke at pivot point after 1 month of use. Do not buy this item

Outdoor but the cord that held up the umbrella broke in a few days.

We have had this item for maybe 2mo and just able to start using it and the Tilting Bar broke.

Looks great , lights worked well first little wind snapped in half
