I purchased two of these umbrellas for our pool area and both are broken after being up for a couple of times. The hinge at the tilt is made of Plastic and painted to look metallic, so a simple breeze snapped them both. It's a shame I have to throw them out because the fabric is brand new but they won't open correctly.

Material faded after three months this is a piece of garbage do not buy Company will do nothing about it

Does not do well in wind. They were great about issuing my refund but this will not hold up if you live on the coast. Very cheaply made.

My umbrella broke in 6 months contacted them for replacement parts there no Such thing as replacement parts with this company. 60 day Warranty only Not worth it

This umbrella seemed okay, but was taken down by a gust of wind during a fast moving storm. The company did not stand by its product, even though it was destroyed in the same season it was bought, and there was no mention of warranty information on the product or website.

After less than a year in mild climate, the handle on this umbrella is corroded and not usable. The company will not do anything as it is out of their 60 day warranty. I understand why it is only 60 days. I would not recommend this umbrella.

Bought one of these umbrellas. Beautiful umbrella. Used it for total of 4 months in decent weather. Then the mechanism that allows it to tilt broke and now the umbrella is in a permanent tilt position and we can't use it without the tilt. We never even used the tilt feature. Seller only offers a 60 day warranty and they won't replace or fix it. Unfortunately, umbrella is now useless to us.

I really liked it until it broke. The tilting part came off from a windy day and literally snapped. It no longer works and while the umbrella functions as it should-- i.e) blocks the sun, opens/closes, and the solar part works -- once there's movement and the weather changes from anything but sunny, it breaks. I didn't use it until few months later and now it broke after two usage. Do not be fooled by the 4 star reviews!!

Low low quality! Used only one month and winder broke - can’t use anymore. You’ll regret your purchase - Keep looking elsewhere!!! Terrible quality. Emailed the company, for replacement or fix. Seller responded once to our emails but after few more emails they basically said ‘too bad’ as I have missed the return window and they don’t have replacement parts.

I have this umbrella for 4 months and have used the lights 6-8 times. Was beautiful. They stopped working completely (I live in South Florida and didn't work after a full day of intense sun). The company responded to my request, but they refused to replace the umbrella or do anything as it supposedly only has a 60 day warranty. Would never buy another product from them.
