It is a 4 piece set and all is the pieces are very generously sized. The main bag is clear so you can easily find all of your stuff. Two of the bags are black and one is black with white polka dots. This includes one large clear case that houses three is smaller black cases. They all have zipper closures and are resistant. The two smaller black cubes are about 4“ x 4 inches and the larger one measures about 8“ x 4“. The larger one fits a medium size bottle of shampoo for reference. You can stand them up so they won’t slip. The larger rectangle bag is great for makeup. I love that it fully opens and allows you to see everything in the bag.
