The cape in browns and golds looks so vibrant and warm on the Internet, yet when it arrived the colors were drab and dull, not at all like the advertisement. I was disappointed because I bought two for Christmas presents. The purples and reds in the other capes, also bought for Christmas gifts, were vibrant and exactly like advertised, so I was pleased with those. I am unable to rate them individually so am having to lump my assessments together in one review.

The color wasn't quite what I expected from the pictures and wasn't quite as soft as the first one I ordered. I sent it back and reordered a different color. It's nice but the replacement was better. It's generously sized and I have loaned my original to houseguests when needed on chilly evenings. Would consider purchasing again when more colors are offered.

This is a very large, loose cape that is reversible with more muted colors on one side than the other. I would not begin to describe the texture of the material as cashmere -like. It's soft but there is a slightly itchy woolly quality. I tried experimenting with cinching it at the waist. It can easily be ordered a size smaller. It will work well for late autumn, late spring and chilly offices.

I bought this to have something nicer than a plain sweatshirt to keep warm with at work. The pattern is stylish enough. The appearance reminds me of wool, thinking it was going to be too heavy. It has a blanket sense about it so you can wrap up and snuggle in during a car, train or plane ride but not so much that you feel weighted. Let's just hope when I get chilly at work I don't wear this then snuggle so much that I fall asleep. This is nice for that little extra warmth without having to get dramatic about putting on a coat.

Bought the red wrap. I was disappointed in how the picture is VERY different from the actual product. The colors are more subdued.

This is so soft. Much warmer than I thought it would be. I wouldn't wear it outside in the winter storm. Able to dress it up or down.
