I love love this doll!!! Hope is gorgeous! From the choice of clothes to how her hair looks/ she is perfection! My youngest daughter fell in love with everything about her- “she looks like me, momma” “look at her hair- when we brush my hair out it looks just the same” “I’m going to wear this outfit next week” I can’t say enough positive things about this doll- I can only hope with my baby seeing and playing with this doll- her dreams of attending an HBCU will be more real to her!

She is a large, 18 inch, doll with voluminous, natural, hair (and a lot of it!), and a beautiful face and clothing. She is seriously more beautiful in person than the photos show and she is so well made. My 6 year old daughter loves her and her curls, and I love that this doll really let's that hair run wild. Not many dolls have hair like hers, and representation is important! All in all, we LOVE HER

She actually can be used to play with many of the other dolls that are in many department stores! Her gown is interchangeable with other outfits(not included). This doll empowers young girls to dream of how they can be successful in todays world!

It is rare to find dolls that look like children of color or mixed heritage. I plan to save this doll for my great granddaughter as I imagine this is what she will look like when she grows up. She will have a ball changing the clothes playing with this doll.
