Great skillet would buy again

Omg! Fully cast iron. Heavy as a mother! Lol! Bobby Flay don't play! Insane value. Get it while you can.

This is a nice pan based on size, design and seasoning. While most new cast iron these days is considerably rougher in texture than Grandma's, this pan is not as rough as some modern ones. The longer handle is an asset even though it still heats up considerably. The pan cooked decently first usage, but eggs needed to be washed out thoroughly with a brush and running water, no wiping clean just yet. I would guess after about 9 months to a year of daily usage it will develop a good seasoning. For the price, amazing deal.

this works better than I had hoped for

I really like these pans and replaced the ceramic coating GreenPans I had as they were chipping. The non-stick property is working with the cleaning and after use coating of oil (I use coconut oil). Thanks!

This is a well made griddle that I bought to use on my induction stove although the first time I used it was in the oven. I followed the directions and put a light coating of oil on it before baking a variety of seafood at a high temperature. It cleaned up beautifully. Can’t wait to try pancakes on the stove! I love the environmentally friendly coating Green Pan puts on their cookware which is also healthier for us humans.
