How to Use:

• Connect electrode cables to the pads and plug the cable to each channel(A&B). It can work using only one channel if desired.
• Remove the transparent film attached to the electrodes and stick them on the desired area of your body.
• Turn on the product.
• Use the “M” key to select your desired massage mode (among 36 types) in channel A
• Use the “T” key to select your desired massage duration
• Use the “+” or “-” to select your desired intensity (independent of the channel)
• Use the round button to lock/channel the mode.
• Turn off the TENS unit after each session and remove cables and restick the used pads in the pad holder
