I waited to post a review as my previous frother died after one year of usage. This one seems to be better quality and does the work as intended. It is very quiet.

This milk frother got my foam to the absolutely perfect texture with a few clicks of a button. The frother is nice to be able to add warm frothed milk to my drip coffee. It is exactly what I was looking for to complete my work.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The "how froth" from the BIZEWO is perfect for cappuccino, it can warm up milk without froth for lattes, and there is also cold froth setting which I haven't used much. The heat is exactly right: hot enough for a pleasant drink but not too hot to burn the milk. Unlike previous frothers I've had, this one gently beeps when done, which is quite helpful if you want to do something else while waiting for it to finish. The anti-stick coating inside is very easy to clean. The whole appliance feels well made and sturdy. Actual metal instead of plastic. All around, a good purchase.The only tiny issue I've had is that the buttons on the touchscreen are pretty small and very sensitive. As a result, they are easy to activate by accident, like bumping your hand against the appliance. Because of this, I leave the frother unplugged unless I want to use it. You don't want to turn it on inadvertently when it is empty. Fortunately, it beeps with every button press, so that would be hard to miss. You get the hang of it after a while.

We have only had this 4 months and it has stopped working. We followed all car institutions and only use it once a day. It was great and then this morning just wouldn't turn on.Customer service from this company is amazing. They contacted me and gave a 100% refund. They stand behind their product. I am purchasing another one, because of this.

Last year I purchased a Bizewo 4 in 1 automatic warm and cold milk frother. I used it about once daily, and it worked brilliantly — consistently perfect foam, and easy to clean — for about nine months. Then it started to shut off prematurely. I could restart it multiple times to finally get good foam, but clearly something had gone wrong. I reached out to Bizewo Customer Service. They were prompt, courteous and helpful. I sent them a short video of the malfunction, and when it wasn’t possible to fix it, they immediately offered a replacement under the warranty. The replacement arrived a few days later and I’m back in business. They also asked me if I would send them the defective unit (they paid the shipping) so they could understand the issue and try to prevent it from happening to other customers. I’ve managed customer service and quality control functions, and this is a great example of how things should be done. Highly recommended vendor and machine.

Makes the perfect milk foam for coffee. Feel like a Barista!

Whenever I do drink coffee, I like coffee to be delicious. I prefer lattes but could never get the effect at home by just adding milk to my coffee, so I look into a milk frother to achieve the effect. It can definitely meet my expectation and do exactly what it's supposed to. I would tell the people that the milk isn't hot enough. This is true. The milk is not steaming hot, it's just warm. If your coffee is hot, you don't need the steaming hot milk, warm is enough. The overall beverage can turn out fine and yummy.

It makes a huge amount of froth. Works very well. However did not work with the Almond Milk I used. The other one I have worked great with Almond Milk. Maybe it was a brand difference. I will try again. Milk seems to stick to the bottom inside even if you rinse immediately.

I am very happy with this product. It works great!
