The company did refund my money after reading the below review. it was a great frother while it worked.I have had five months. The froth was great and I bought for the hot frothing. Well that all stopped three weeks ago. I am writing this because I had another frother for 4 years and it worked fine. So for a long term investment - nope. If the company replaces, I will return to this review. Too bad because it has great frothing potential.

I was pleasantly surprised with this item, I bought this to heat milk for a Hot chocolate station at a brunch I was hosting at my home. It’s easy to make hot chocolate, just add chocolate chips to milk and you have a delicious cup of hot cocoa.

I had complained about the buttons no longer working and they responded by sending us a new frother!We really liked it when we got it last December and then three of the four buttons quit responding. We got a new one this morning and enjoyed a great cup of coffee!! Thank you!!!!

I used to have a Nespresso milk frother but after that eventually died I needed to get something to warm and froth the milk in my cappuccino. I selected a few to review and decided upon this product as it seemed to be best priced with the most functions.This product works perfectly fine and does a really good job of frothing or heating the milk. You can get either hot or cold dense frothed milk or simply heated milk. You feel like a true barista when using this machine.The customer service team has been excellent throughout the purchasing process with swift communication each and every time.I would highly recommend this product when looking for your next milk frother!

I love the style of this coffee frother! It’s sleek and looks nice sitting on my coffee bar. I've been using it nonstop since I got it. The milk comes out hella frothy and warm. I think every coffee drinker should invest in something like this. It will cut back on buying coffee and you will dependent on it.

I like the functionality but one thing is that it is not fully non stick as they claimI can see some milk stuck at the bottom after every use, and I have to use a soft scrub to get that cleaned.The hard part is that you have to clean this without getting the outside of the unit wet due to all the electrical connections and switches etc there. I wish it had a detachable cup instead.The other thing I don't really like is the non stick Teflon like thing there. They never mentioned what it is, but I believe it is Teflon. Being a chemical that now is widely being accused of cancer causing chemical leacher, I would think again if I am buying this for regular use. I would much prefer to have a plain old Stainless unit, even though it is not stick, just making it detachable to wash properly would make it a lot more safer and healthier option.I would still give 5 stars since the seller contacted me about the defective part causing milk to stick inside, and issued me a refund.
