When my frother stopped functioning after 6 months I contacted the manufacturer and they offered 25$ for a replace a gift certificate. Thank you for your care and attention to customer service. This is so impressive to today’s consumer.

I am updating this review as customer service reached out to replace the frother that had stopped working. I bought one of these and absolutely loved it. The settings all work beautifully and I loved having the option to just heat milk for hot chocolate (an option my previous frother had lacked). The machine is super quiet and comes with spares just in case you need them (which we never did). It is also very sleek, the pitcher sits neatly and precisely on the base (unlike the highly rated and much less effective frother with which we initially replaced this one after it stopped working). The original unit stopped working after six months (see initial review below) so I replaced it with another one which had great reviews but which has a weird dust-catching lip under the pitcher and which doesn't let the user know when it is done. Definitely no match for my initial beloved Bizewo frother. However, after I posted that initial review, Bizewo customer service reached out and replaced the item at no cost, swiftly and with little fuss. I was stunned. Their customer service is genuinely stellar and I am so happy to have my utterly perfect frother back in the kitchen. Had a minor issue with product, customer support was excellent and was able to fix it.

At first glance it is clear this Frother is different from other ones we have owned. The froth motor spindle is offset (which improves mixing - I know quite a bit about fluid mechanics). The only frothing tool included is the ‘wisking’ tool. And there are various settings for different brews. That is all good. What I didn’t like is that it senses the milk temperature before making foam and if it is already warm it won’t work - the foam settings will only work if you start with cold milk. This has been frustrating for me, so I probably will keep searching for the perfect Frother.This is an updated review. The customer service was excellent in the sequel. I have reassessed this Frother and give it an excellent rating - the technology is innovative and I have figured out how to overcome my previous concerns. Great machine, great design, great service.

It is easy to use and easy to clean. I like the fact that you can easily steam or froth enough milk for two cappuccinos with this. It's much easier to clean than the frother on my espresso machine. It does everything the coffee shops do and you can make designs in your coffee and steam it for all the bubbles you want it is very unique to have a must-have and very cost-efficient.

Got my son some hot chocolate that needed to be made with one of these. It works perfect and he's been able to enjoy his hot chocolate

You shouldn’t overheat your milk when making lattes and that can be easy to do in either a microwave or in a pot. This steamer and frother make it very easy. You put the milk in, set it and let it do its thing. The frothing airs up the milk and gives it a much better consistency to drink in your coffee or matcha. This is great for making those fancy coffee drinks at home.

Loved this frother. Foamed my oatmilk and almond milk perfect. Then it broke after 6m☹️. Contacted Bizewo customer service. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They did not have one in stock so they promptly refunded me. Really appreciate great customer service
