"Edited"All the features are excellent: Power, easy to clean and use, the multiple blending/heating options but.... after about 6 weeks, it would occasionally start to overheat the milk and boil over occasionally. Then some functions would work, others not intermittently. Then only the cold froth would work, after complete, it would start to heat up and if you didn't watch, would boil over. Then it would only work occasionally. Now it's dead. No functions work.Great concept, badly manufactured or designed.I usually don't rate something so low, no matter what the issue but I was frustrated with a machine that I could no longer use and there was no way to contact the seller. After they read my review, they emailed me immediately and through several communications to try and resolve this, they issued a full refund by way of an Amazon Gift Card. Patty went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied and assured me that this must have been a malfunction in this particular unit. They rarely have a frother crash like this. We truly liked the product when it worked and will redeem the GC for a new one.

I have been using this for about a month and it works great. It makes great foam to very thick to just heated milk. It is easy to clean and after using the older Nespresso this does everything so much better!

I like the unit. Some have indicated that it is noisy but I find it to be less noisy than my Keurig. I did have an issue and contacted the company. Kate at customer service wrote back promptly and resolved my issue. Customer service with this company is excellent!

This really delivers- nice fluffy thick foam every time. It's fast, easy to clean, and consistent. I use oatmilk, and it foams up great every time.

I bought this Frother in June 2022 and it worked wonderfully. I used it every day, sometimes multiple times a day, until just recently when the unit unfortunately stopped working. I contacted the Company and after I sent them proof of it no longer working, they offered to replace it for free. Unfortunately they were out of stock, but one of their vendors on Amazon had availability so I ordered a new one. Bizewo refunded my money via PayPal. I did end up paying more than the original price as I had originally bought it using a discount coupon, but oh well…. So the bottom line is that the customer service was outstanding and the Frother itself was so excellent that I did replace it with another one. So I thoroughly recommend the Frother - and the Company!BTW, I love that I can have cold milk froth as well as hot!

If you're a coffee lover like me, then you need this milk frother in your life! It's super easy to use and creates the perfect foam for all of my favorite drinks. I've used it to make lattes, cappuccinos, and even hot chocolate, and it always delivers amazing results. The frother is also very durable and well-made, so I know it will last for a long time. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product to anyone who loves coffee.
