One of two 50ft strips just completely didn’t work.

One roll did not work but the second one works well although one light led is very dim.

When opening the package the lights work perfectly fine however 3 days later I’ve noticed that one side of the lights where a whole different color than the other. After trying to fix it they decided to die on me

Very easy to hang and they stayed in place with no problems. Remote control works fine except only six out of 16 colors work. Colors are very bright and dimmer works great.

The lights are good and the remote with app is fine, but out dated instructions to use with Apple Music. Does not sync with music, the app needs updating.

They are good light but I was expecting both of them to work and only one of the rolls work and the other is dud I wish both work because I feel a little scared out of my money but I know it’s not their fault

Lights change color randomly when they shouldn’t. I’ll have it set to purple, then it will change colors 6 different times in a second, then get stuck on a completely different color. Not thrilled with this purchase and it showed up late.

The media could not be loaded. The white color I chose became blue after like 20ft. Please let me know how to fix this.

Lights show great my problem is there is only one power connection to serve both 50ft rolls which should be two separate power connections but because of this you’re forced to use them all in one spot

In the beginning they work perfect. Easy to set up but for some reason the blue lights went out in certain spots in about a month and now they have went out in multiple spots. Bottom line they don’t last long
