I bought this about 6 months ago. It burns my food easily and takes a long time for the burn to wash off. Otherwise it is good except that food gets burnt easily

We purchased this set in December 2017 to replace a 17 year old set of non-stick cookware. The appeal of this set was that it was stainless steel and PFAS free. We have followed the manufacturer’s instructions for cooking by using medium heat and the set performs well. However, when it comes time to clean them, it is very difficult to remove any food remnants left behind. We have tried soaking them and using non-abrasive sponges and cloths as recommended by Cuisinart, but they do not do the job. The only way to get them clean is with an SOS pad. Even then, the pots and pans don’t look clean when they are actually clean. Overall, I probably would get a different set next time.

I was hoping this was a heavier set of cookware. Handles get hot and you have to use potholders when cooking. Food sticks but does clean up with some scrubbing.

will not work with induction reason bought would not reccoment to friend if looking induction

Pans are lighter than I expected and a bit warped. Lids don’t fit making cooking things like rice impossible.

I loved my old set of pans but had to get rid of them when I got an induction cook top. After searching, I decided on this set. In the description it says that they are “smooth surface induction” compatible. They are not. I had to return and now I am very disappointed. Be aware if you have an induction cooktop.

The design of the pots is beautiful. The outside stays shiny and new looking, but after the very first use the bottom of each pot became stained. Makes it look like the bottom is still dirty. I went on their website and Cuisinart said to wipe them with warm vinegar. Didn't work. Conducts heat great.

Everything I’ve cooked has stuck to the bottom no matter if I use oil, butter, anything! I’m very disappointed.

The 13 piece contour hard anodized Cuisinart cookware set it’s beautiful to look at but the nonstick coating inside the pans does not seem to hold up to normal every day use. I love the look and style of these pans, but I am very disappointed with the ease at which the coating can be scratched off. I have had these hands for about three months and have used plastic utensils to protect the nonstick finish. nonetheless , I have found that the coating scratches easily and has even scratched off in some places. Very disappointing for as much as Cuisinart products cost. I bought the cookware because I was looking for a durable quality product and I was willing to pay a bit more for a Cuisinart brand in order to have a set of cookware that would last. I was tired of handles falling off of my old cookware. The handles are lovely on this cookware and the construction is solid, but again with the nonstick coating. When I purchased the product I even noticed some places where there was some chipping on the outer edge of some of the pans right out of the box. I was so hoping this would be a quality set that I bought some for my adult daughters and my son. I’m not sure how there’s are holding up, but I won’t be purchasing another set anytime soon.
