When I got married, I was given a very nice set of dinnerware for eight that was then discontinued. I have been looking for something affordable that I could use to add to what I already had... that didn't look cheap next to the nicer china. These dishes absolutely hold their own. They are a nice weight without being chunky, and the simple white dish with the raised beaded edge is both classic and timeless. I will add these dishes to my holiday table with pride.

I am always nervous with buying new dishes, that they will be the type that when microwaved- the dishes heat up and the food/beverage does not. THESE dishes however, microwave BEAUTIFULLY! I reheated my coffee this morning and the coffee got piping hot and the mug was only comfortingly warm to the touch. Perfect! They are also beautiful. A soft white that compliments all kitchens and looks so attractive with your food. Makes for a great table and beautiful presentation. I am so pleased!

I love these dishes, they arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. I was surprised to see some light brown shading around the beading, but overall very beautiful and reasonably priced.

I am so glad I never read these reviews before buying at our Target store, as I would never have gotten them! I have had SO many compliments and my stepdaughter wants a set for a shower gift. They microwave safely, they are average weight and the original beauty and high quality have lasted through numerous dishwasher cycles. I bought the set when we got our new winter home in Arizona and am so glad I did!

I received 3 complete sets of this dinnerware for my shower/wedding so I have service for 12. I received the sets a year ago, and they have held up very nicely. When I originally looked at the reviews, I was hesitant to add to my registry, but I decided that the style and look outweighed the other reviews. The dishes have held up great. We've dropped them and they haven't cracked or shattered, they heat nicely in the microwave, and we haven't had any issues with washing them. Not one piece has been damaged or broken. I would definitely recommend this dinnerware set if you are looking for something classy, sturdy, and affordable.
