Had a problem where the power plug was not in the box. I wrote to the company about it and they were quick to respond and very professional. Just received the cord and now that the issue had been rectified; I would have to say that my girlfriend loves this vanity. It was easy for me to put together but I did use a drill. I would recommend buying this vanity and if there are any issues; don't hesitate to contact the seller.
