After opening and there was no charger .. we used another charger we had when we turned it on a little person email and personal info was on it we tried to get into parental control but it was password protected so we can’t use this because of the previous owner we can’t take any of thier information off.. I am requesting that tanga pays postage and refund my money to PayPal .. so we will see how that goes

I ordered this as a birthday gift it came and we charged it it’s used we can’t get past password to use it no chargers and no instructions I’m buying a second one in hopes it works.. and tanga reimburse me for the cost and I will send the first one back back if they pay postage .. and my granddaughter has her birthday gift just so upset over this ..
