My daughter loves these and finds them very comfortable! At first the lights stopped working soon after purchase but then we realized there is a power button for the lights!
I wear size 7.5-8 in women's. The size 5 kids fit perfect. Extremely comfortable for a daily shoe. I'm extremely picky with the way my shoes fit and feel. They are easy to move in and don't feel like they will slip off. But are also very easy to hands free take on and off. This is not the type of show you want to walk a few miles in unless you have an insert, but good for going out with friends or running errands. The power button is great for only using the light up when it's dark. I haven't noticed any peeling. I have had these for multiple months and wear them as my go to tennis shoe outside of work. We need more light up shoes that can fit adults! I wish some of the other toddler shoes they would make into bigger kid sizes
