WOW. The Flavor has returned! I like all kinds of coffees but enjoy a single cup of flavored coffee (hazelnut) as my first cup in the morning and then an occasional non-flavored coffee throughout the day. Been doing this since the late '80s when we lived overseas from the USA, and enjoyed some unique coffees.. I loved the flavor of fresh brewed coffees. In 2011 we bought our first Keurig after returning home from several years overseas. Most coffees tasted good or at least acceptable, but some coffees still tasted a bit weak. I had to back down to 8 oz or 6 oz for good or stronger flavor. My favorite early morning coffee still tasted of hazelnut but not like I remembered when I brewed it. I had accepted this as the convenience and quickness of K-cups. I just received my K-Supreme Plus with its 5 fingered multi-stream technology. I took my time, followed the directions and had it going in about 10 minutes. I washed the water container and removable parts in addition to running 2 cups of water through before using. The first cup was for my wife with a regular K-Cup coffee. She loved the flavor! I made my hazelnut through the included container for use with custom ground coffees. WOW, OH Wow. The deep rich flavor I had enjoyed back when I brewed my own - and now in the convenience of a Keurig. The multi-stream technology really does bring out the flavor MUCH better than the older single stream does. I need to add that the flavor I got - was with the Keurig set in the "weak" mode. It had two more modes for stronger coffees. Finally, Columbian K-Cups coffee tastes like Columbian (at 10oz) without having to reduce to 6 oz. Kona tastes like Kona. The "strong" feature works well. One note that I had to adjust to - while it is almost instant versus having to wait for the water to warm up, it takes about 8 to 10 seconds before it begins to pour into the cup, and the stream is a little slower than before with the older Keurigs that had to warm the water first. This model seems to warm/heat the water as it flows. Part of the slightly slower feed/stream is that the slightly slower stream is what makes the flavor come out much better. It is different than the older Keurigs and takes a bit getting used to it versus the older one, but it is well worth it! I am sold on the multi-stream. It is like Christmas in April to my palate! I’ve already been through 2 Cuisinart duo coffeemaker’s. After just 2 years of use and many times running vinegar through to clean both of the units; my 2nd. Cuisinart was starting to screwing up! My daughter convinced me to try this Keurig single pod coffeemaker. As I barely made full pots of coffee, I knew I didn’t need another duo unit. The multiple holes that the water passes through on this Keurig is a Game Changer! Now, the taste of my coffee is Fantastic! I can’t believe I’ve been drinking coffee for over 50 years and never had as flavorful of a cup of coffee as my new Keurig unit makes! I’m Extremely Pleased with my purchase! It has Temperature and strength selection’s plus it remembers up to 3 persons selections! I couldn’t be Happier with my decision to purchase my new Keurig Coffeemaker! You won’t regret buying this coffeemaker either! Plus it cost less than I’d paid for the Cuisinart Duo coffeemaker’s! Again, this one is, A Game Changer!!!

I bought the Keurig because sometimes I just want one cup of coffee during the day vs. the morning pot my wife and I share when we wake up. But I really did not want to be tied to the k-cups in the store as they cost more than the french roast we like. So having a k-cup that I can fill with the coffee we like seemed appealing. But a lot of reviews held me back from purchasing one because of all the complaints with spilling, not able to get the universal k-cup installed correctly, ... and the complaints went on. The only complaint I have is the instructions for installing the universal k-cup in our new K-Supreme plus are useless. Fortunately I found a you-tube video showing exactly how to do it. It's only been a couple of days and I have had 4 cups of coffee. Everything is working great ... filling up the k-cup with coffee is easy and not messy; i let it cool down before I take the k-cup out to empty and rinse. I will update my 5-star review if anything changes.

The removable water reservoir makes this so much easier to use than something that you have to keep dumping cups of water into. Brews HOT coffee if you want it to and you don't worry about whether you're getting all the flavor out of that bitty pod with the multiple needles. Larger cups fit under it. UPDATE: After a few months of use the word "descale" started flashing. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS SUPPLIED with the unit on how to turn this off. Eventually I bought descale solution and started running one brew cycle after another. This resulted in it overheating and it shut off and never turned back on again. Apparently there is a descale mode that you're supposed to use but you have to look on the internet to find these instructions. However, Keurig sent us a replacement brewer (1 year warranty) without any hassle. They didn't even ask for the old one back. For the excellent customer response I will keep the 5 star rating. (The instructions have been updated to make it a little more clear that you have to download the full Use and Care Guide online)

I love this coffee/tea maker. I use it every day weekends several times a day. Coffee every morning and tea about every evening. I waited through a few hundred cups in total to leave this review due to the number of folks who had problems with theirs. I have not had these problems at least not yet. My experience has been nothing but positive. I did read one review that suggested adding a hole to the top of the water reservoir cover to prevent the reservoir from creating a vacuum. I thought that made a lot of sense since I too noticed the lid fit very tight. I added a picture of it as well. I would suggest doing this to help prevent creating a vacuum and slowing the water flow through the heating element. Which would cause the element to burn out if it gets too hot. (ideally Keurig would have added a thermal switch to prevent this but obviously it is not there). In closing love this little machine and it has become a part of my daily routine.

We like robust coffee. Husband uses pods and I pack my own decaf. Our 8 year old Keurig started operating erratically and we replaced it with this style. What a joy to get a larger cup of coffee using the same amount of grounds, hotter and deep in flavor! The multiple infusion needles make all the difference! I use the newly designed universal reusable coffee filter with a paper filter. So nice to have 3 programmable buttons that allow user to set the strength, size of cup and temperature. It is also more attractive to have sitting on the counter. Note that this came with the universal plastic filter and I did not know that a bought a separate one. Not a big deal as I can leave the other in our RV since we intend to bring it along on trips. Highly recommend.

I've owned a ton of these over the years - from the cheap ones to the home office models. This one is by far my favorite. It has a good balance of speed, small foot print, consistent cup (measurement per cup) and easy to refill the water. One of my favorite things is you don't have to wait for it to say "ready to brew." You put your cup down, select what you want and hit go and it does its thing. It's a minor detail but I really like it. I will be buying a second one for my office.

Very nicely designed. Like how compact it is and has a handle to easily remove the water reservoir and fill with water. Instructions are very little that came with this device so maybe ours was missing something. Don’t really know what the 1, 2, and 3 buttons do. I think programming but again no booklet to tell me that. Like the fact that this coffee maker punctures five holes in the tops of the k-cup as it brews a better cup of coffee. Didn’t know if I’d like the coffee maker automatically shutting off but that is nice, cause it doesn’t take long to get hot and brew a cup of coffee. Haven’t even noticed, I think it breed faster than my previous Keurig.

This is quite improvement on the Keurig. I am a coffee person so I’ve had 6 different models and this is by far the best one. It has 3 memory buttons that you can customize to the cup size , the strength, and the temperature without having to input those parameters each time. I like that it doesn’t preheat water like the old one but it’s ready to brew as soon as your close the lid. I like a hotter cup of coffee and this one has a temperature control to make it hotter and a strength control to make it stronger. It punctures the K cup with five needles and it can give you a noticeable difference in strength I was going to wait until my old one died, but after using my daughter’s on a visit I decided to upgrade and I’ve been very happy with it.

I have had many Keurig over the years and I usually get a new one directly thru the company but when I saw this on Amazon I could not pass on the price since it was the best I had seen listed. Out of all of the units I have owned this has got to be the best. I had the ones with in angles in the water tank and boy was that a pain to keep clean and if you don’t clean it routinely you get mold. But this one has basically a pitches on the side and it is so easy to keep clean and refill since it has a handle. The other thing about this maker is that 3 hole water system, I am using the same pods I used on my previous system and this blows them away with a flavor I did no know is was missing before. If you like Keurig and have the older system you need to change to this and taste what you have been missing in coffee.
