Keurig sells defective products and will not honor their own warranty** BUYER BEWARE**

BUYER BEWARE! Keurig has the absolute worst customer service of any company I've ever bought from. My new K-Supreme is 6 WEEKS OLD, 2 weeks last the Amazon return window. After being in holds for offer 30 minutes, the Keurig " customer service" wasted another 30 minutes of my time. After telling him repeatedly that the machine burned or and I smelled it burning- and that it will not power on, he insisted that I do his troubke shooting. After that waste of time I told him again that it will not power on and that it is defective- only 6 weeks old! He then blamed it on the weather I use- which is highly filtered with no hard water, and then blamed it on the coffee I use! Would you believe that he said using any coffee other than Keurig coffee will VOID THE WARRANTY- Other coffee VOIDS THEIR WARRANTY! He then told me the best they can do is offer me a 20% credit on a new machine is I buy it from them. I told him I'd they didn't replace it at no cost that would write to the CEO of Keurig- he said go ahead! Now wiring to the CEO *****BUYER BEWARE- Keurig WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Their customer service sucks, their products are defective and their"warranty" is useless****
