This product worked for about 7 weeks and then died as has been said here by many. It seems this product is severely defective and should be avoided as a purchase for anyone now that the reviews are out. Sadly for many of us that purchased it during the holidays when it was new there was no warning. Shame really as we have always loved our older unit. I am holding out hope for some honesty from the company and a proper recall being done. I have also suggested that Amazon investigate the matter so as not to sell and obviously broken product to future Amazon customers. It is a Shame.

Went to make coffee and the machine was just off. Would not turn back on, and is dead. Only a few months old. Called Keurig and apparently they are sending me a replacement. I bought this based on the new multi-stream technology, and have been disappointed. We updated our aging Keurig 2.0 K500 to this, and my wife and I both noticed the difference, but not in better way. The multi-stream on the strongest strength is much less full and bold, and more diluted, than the simple "strong" feature on the K500. We are very glad we held onto the K500 (just didn't get around to getting rid of it), and cleaned it up for a use again. Hoping the replacement shows improvement and lasts longer than 3 months (maybe just a lemon?). Buyer beware of this model.

Very annoyed with this company. First Keurig didn't work, it didn't turn on. I got refunded and bought a second one and this one also didn't work properly. The lift handle doesn't open. What a joke and waste of my time.

This coffee maker never worked properly. The first couple days it would make a full sized cup off coffee occasionally, but after that it only gave a few drops of coffee and then stopped working all together. Coffee maker arrived missing things that the box said should come in it and the seller was unresponsive. Worst coffee maker.

I was so excited to receive my new Keurig, because my last one died a painful death - all screeching and howling. But, I plugged it in - nothing happened. So, I plugged it into another outlet - nothing. Just for fun, I tried another outlet - nothing. Returning it, of course.

I purchased a machine that arrived a week late. After spending $162 and owning the machine for 4 days, it stopped working. Amazon connected me to the company and they proceeded to treat me with disrespect and provide request after request to have the machine replaced. I completed all of the items, and 24 hours later, I called to check and they needed me to do 2 more things. I am choosing to not go through them and receive a refund from Amazon. BTW - Amazon has been terrific trying to solve the problem. KEURIG AND ITS PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE

Update 2: no one contacted me but I got an email stating that my replacement was on its way. Arrived today. Will see how long this one lasts. Update: customer service is rediculous! I’ve called 3 times and each time have been told that I’ll have a member get back to me in 24 hours and nothing. Called, sent them my proof of purchase the same day it broke and now a week later no one has reached out to replace the product. Original post: Had issues at first with what others describe as leaking around the top and spraying all over the counters. Fixed that problem by ensuring that all nozzles fully punctured through the top of the Keurig pod. If it wasn’t puffed up then the nozzles wouldn’t be spraying into the pod but rather on top and would leak. Easy fix. It was working great and producing a stronger tasting coffee than my old unit. The options to customize your cup and save your preferences has been a hit in my house. However, this was delivered November 15 and today, less than 2 months later, it has stopped working completely. It will not light up or anything. For a brand new and pricey product this is unacceptable.

Received mine today, besides the coffee stream out of center it squirts random clear water streams around edges of cup, diluting coffee and making a mess some of it outside of cup. Called keurig they were no help “it’s a new model, not sure of the problem” so I returned to amazon for refund. New item out and obviously a design flaw. Disappointed!

Ive gone through 4 of these Keurigs in 9 months. It seems like the machine has trouble pumping water through the heater line and eventually it overheats and the board burns out. I finally figured out the cause of this problem and it is due to a huge design flaw. Shame on Keurig customer service for blaming customers for using non-Keurig brand k-cups. The reason is that the water receptacle has a tight lid on it and it creates a vaccum so that water cannot pour out of the bottom. I tested this by holding the closed receptacle over my sink and pressing the bottom release. The water did not flow out until I pulled the top cover off. To solve for this problem once and for all, I drilled a small hole in the cover. Now it works fine. Either take the top off or do what I did. Otherwise your Keurig will break!!! I also think Keurig needs to recall the product, due to this obvious design flaw.
