I use these lights to hold down my camping carpet and light up paths to various points. I have 12 and they have been excellent charge fast and last long and the original batteries do great but upgrading those makes them extraordinary. They have been run over in rocks and dirt by other class A motorhomes no problems, Had 2 lose solar that I had in direct AZ sun for 2 years but nothing likes az sun. The company stands behind the lights and replaced them

Even in the wrapper they are still bright. I keep buying them for my boat and sometimes one stops working here and there but for the look and price I dont mind buying another box. Sometimes I accidentally knock one in the water but they are so bright I can see them from the bottom until they can't take a charge anymore but that's my fault for not screws g them down. Don't want to put unneeded holes in my deck of the sailboat so I use velcro which doesn't do a good job of holding them in place but the lights are my favorite and I put them on all my boats so they all match!

Hear guys are fast to fix an issue. I never got the first set but they sent a replacement super fast! Super easy to install. BUT: If installing on concrete like I did, you definitely need a good hammer drill with a concrete bit. I would recommend producing a heavy duty version with a machined or cast aluminum body that sells at a slightly higher price point. While the plastic body is fine for decks or sidewalks, I would prefer a more rigged version if I were to install these on a driveway.

The product is very nice. I had a small issue which was rectified by Amazon and Siedinlar customer service immediately.

July 21 , 2022 edit. These lights are great! They have been on our pier and subject to salt water, sun, and storms for over a year and not a single light has failed! In the past we would lose about half of our lights each year. I could not be more happy. We have 300' pier with a boathouse at the end. For the last 8 years we have used 28 led pathway lights to mark the edges of the pier, the boathouse, and steps down to the upper and lower crab decks. Having marker lights really helps guests, especially when the moon isn't bright. The website for our old ones says "these solar path lights are built to withstand the elements for a long service life". Hogwash, they would get water in them during the first rain. Even so, the lights would last through the summer, and we considered the safety of our guests important enough that we replaced the old ones about once a year. At $35 for a pack of four it was expensive. So I bought 7 packs of these lights to see how well they would do. The price was about the same, they claim to be IP68 waterproof, and I didn't have anything to loose. I installed them 6 weeks ago. They have held up well very well. During the past 6 weeks our rain gauge has measured over 19" of rain. So far not a single one of the lights shows any sign of internal moisture. We are VERY happy with them. They are bright, look like they will last much longer than the old lights, and I can even replace the batteries. These lights could save us a lot of money. After about 4 weeks, one of the lights got noticeably dimmer and would only light up for a few minutes and then go out. Last week I sent a message to Seidinlar's customer service just before I went to bed. There was a reply in my inbox the next morning. They asked for my address so they could send a replacement, no other questions asked. My replacement arrived in 4 days. Now that's Customer service! We are very happy with these lights and two of our neighbors are ordering lights for their piers.

These lights work perfectly as driveway marker lights. They are well built and easily installed on a concrete drive with the proper masonry bit. They are not super bright. But they work great to light a dark driveway.

I installed these on my front gate 8 months ago and upgraded the batteries with energizers and have been very impressed with the durability, brightness and appearance. I receive over 300 inches of rain a year and they shrug it off with no complaint. The light, with my upgraded battery, will last a full 12 hours and never lose brightness. The metal look gives a industrialized look of sturdiness. I can’t recommend these enough just make sure you upgrade to a energizer Rechargable 3000 mA or bigger.
