I bought these as I'm changing colors of the room as a refresh. Replaced deep red curtains, these are FAR better at blocking light. Disabled spouse with insomnia is happy with the darkening. Great curtains.

I could not be more happy about this purchase, I looked forever for blackout curtains for my daughters room and these are it! Now I want to buy them for every other bedroom in the house.

These are great, they feel well made and thick and are the color they were pictured (I got fig, which is like a grayish brownish purple in person, and looked that way online). The price is right and they came quick. The material feels nice and heavy. Put them up on an overcast day so I can't say how much sun they block yet but I shined a strong flashlight through them and saw nothing. My office faces west and I was about to lose my mind working in there in the summer, so I hope these are enough. Will report back if not. As other reviews have said, they do come pretty wrinkled but it is what it is, I don't have a steamer so hopefully they loosen up with time. Not the biggest issue but if you like things neat and pressed you will want to iron these or steam them first.

I have these throughout my house and they look beautiful after 2 years of opening and closing. They keep it black indoors when closed! Great quality and price!

Review based on having used them for about six hours. I didn't expect these to be so thick and luscious. The fabric is butter soft, with an amazing black liner and rich, lush coloring on the other side. They flow beautifully, and have already made a difference in temperature in the room I have them in. Yes, may be a little more expensive than other curtain sets on here, but you are also paying for a far superior product in comparison. Do the thing, and treat yourself to a little bit of joy with these curtains!

These are very good at blocking out the sunlight and the lamp that is right outside our apartment that shines into the window at night. I also love the color and quality, they are very thick.

I love this curtains they definitely keep the room much cooler.

Excellent quality--have full blackout lining on back. Definitely cut out all light and keep heat contained. Only downside is wrinkles--either steam or put in tumble dryer on low to remove wrinkles (and there are a lot of them!) Would highly recommend to anyone who needs ZERO light in room. THEY WORK!

Very nice! There were creases in them from being folded and packaged. I just tossed them in the dryer on low heat for about ten minutes. No more wrinkles. They definitely block all the light. Highly recommend!!!
