These really do block all light going through them. At 7am on the east side of the house, my bedroom looks like it's 10 o'clock at night, save for the bits of light going around the edges of the panels. They have a soft texture and are substantial but not overly heavy, so standard hardware will accommodate them.

Very thick material and not sheer at all. Wrinkle free and blocks out the sun completely. Helps keep rooms cooler during the summer.

As you can see, it's not wrinkle free. However, these curtains provide the best resistance from sunlight and heat.

They are a heavy weight, well made, matte satin-like poly finish fabric with very nice grommets. Washable with black complete might blocking fabric on back. I bought years ago elsewhere fir a lot more money. Glad I could find a couple more at an incredible price.

I love these curtains. 100% blackout. You may see light above and below but these curtains aren’t letting in any light. I got the dark brown ones. They are heavy and thick, instantly noticed the lack of draft from the window once hung. Wrinkled from being folded in packaging but the weight has done a pretty good job of getting wrinkles out, I don’t feel the need to break out the iron just yet. I bought 3 sets and they were all matching in color, length and quality. Highly recommend.

I have street lights shining through my windows and needed something with maximum light prevention. I purchased these and have been very happy. They block out the light and also keep my bedroom much cooler from the heat on hot days. So light blocking is excellent as is helping with temperature control. The only negative on these is that they are still pretty wrinkled after hanging several weeks ago. I will need to steam them to get out the wrinkles, but otherwise very happy. They are a little bit more blue than I expected I was hoping for a little more bluish grayish color. But overall very satisfied .

I was not expecting this quality from curtains from Amazon. I saw Costco was selling Sun Zero curtains, but not in the 63" length that I needed, so I searched on Amazon and was glad to see it there. I ordered four panels and to my delight, they arrived in great condition. The curtains are heavy, with a nice sheen, a thick material that seems to signal good thermal properties. The color "coal" is almost black- just as expected. The stitching is very good. I washed and dried them as directed, but creases remain as is common with heavy curtains and tablecloths. It's been two days and already some creases have gone away. Maybe I'll iron after next wash, but the few creases are not worth my ironing time at the moment. Very good price for this material- DON'T INCREASE THE PRICE now that a lot of reviews mention that, please. Would definitely buy again for other rooms if needed.

I bought these after my daughter recommended them. I had another brand & they weren’t really blocking the light & heat, but these are doing a great job of both!
