Socks seem well made and sizing is good, as stated. Hard to make a decision on the therapeutic benefit as my own issue is intermittent and I'm not currently suffering any of the symptoms.. Still, given that the other claims made seem to be honest ones then, I have no reason to doubt their effectiveness at this point...

little big for 6 1/2 shoe. will wash in hot water and dry them in drier. But they are nice

Socks are big. I wear ladies sz 9 and these have an inch of space at the toe and another at the heal. Other than that, socks are comfortable.

Order the smaller size if in doubt. They stretch nicely.
