It’s a heavy on shoulders. Bought for a cancer patient. Can’t use. Would be ok for a healthy person. But not a sick on. Sorry for negative. But it is heavy on shoulders. And he can’t use on back.

So far this is great...the massage piece is awesome, really gets into the muscle. I really haven't "felt" the heat with it turned on, but also doing it over the top of my shirt. So that could be why. I hope that it continues this way, because this kneading massage is great!

Works great! But I just looked at the pictures, and thought it was cordless. It is not. However it does work great.

The only complaint I have is that it doesn't get very warm at all. The massager is so awesome though!

This massager packs a real punch and can really help out your neck/shoulder area. The heat isn't as strong as I thought it would be, but it's not a deal-breaker for me considering how strong the massage rollers are.

Product is very aggressive, if that is what you need and want. For me it was a bit to much, but nice idea!

It works ok. It kneads a bit too hard. It’s kind of awkward how you have to position your arms in the sling. But it does the job ok

I bought this for a gift. for a friend who has alot of back and neck pain. do to his service in the U.S.M.C I think he would love it. As I do Mine. But mine works. I dont know if it was just defect from factory or shiping. But its a 4 hour drive for me so it dont pay for me to go get it for return cause I only make the trip about 3 times a year.I guess I'll just give him mine on my next visit and try another online order for myself. As I said mine works great. And i think you will love yours to.
