This messaging machine is very relaxing. As with any massaging device you can take that too far if you apply too much pressure and this one is no different, it can get that really deep tissue. The only thing I wish was different and why I didn't give 5 stars was due to the location of the controls. That is fairly minor though.

This is perfect for neck and shoulder pain. The only issue is that its hard to adjust so it gets where I need it on my shoulders. It wants to crawl up until its back on my neck. I love that there is options for speed,heat ,and direction! Well worth the money

Considering I got it on sale for $21, I cannot complain. I can get it on the spots I need and really get the knots out, and the heat is a bonus that works great. I let my girl try it, now she's getting one for herself!
