It stops working a few minutes into the massage. It will start working a few minutes later. It’s off and on like this so I don’t ever feel like I get a good massage or adequate pain relief. While it’s working it’s great. I just wish it wouldn’t quit. For reference I got it for Christmas, so it’s been about four months of use. ****Update: The company saw my review and offered to replace it. They sent the new one quickly and it works much better. The customer service is great. I’ve updated my 2 stars to 5 stars for the customer service.

Very strong and works great. This really works the muscles. It is fairly bulky, so its hard to relax while it is on your neck, but it is definitely worth it. The heat function doesnt get too warm, in my opinion, but is a nice addition.

Was suffering from horrible neck and shoulder pains from long work days. Was ready to shell out $$$ for a much more expensive massage gun when I stumbled across an Instagram Friend raving about this. It sits on your shoulders like a vest/back pack and your arms slip right through. You can slide it up and down your back as it does it’s thing. Really loosened the knots I had. Best bang for your buck. You can put it on play on your phone watch tv, chill for as long as you want and feel ultimately more relaxed and relieved.

I am So Impressed with this massager!!! I have a $1,600 massage chair & this does a Better job on My Neck!! Almost feels like a person is rubbing your neck & shoulders! I Love how you can easily control the pressure & can position it comfortably. I even use it on the small of my back!! Truthfully the Best $40 I've Ever Spent!!! Buy it!!!

This gives a good massage, but the balls inside are pretty rough and I have to use on low. I wish the balls were a little softer.
