A lot of people are saying that it’s too hard on the body just don’t push against it so hard I have been using one for three or four weeks I ordered four more for Christmas presents I think they are unbelievable I find the slowest mode with heat and one direction only the best you also have to be sitting in A soft back chair or couch for it to work the best
