The product was ruined as it was shipped in a cardboard box without any plastic wrap inside the box. The box got wet in shipping and ruined the wood.

Don’t waste your time ordering this hook rack! I ordered two online and both were damaged, so I went to the store and all were damaged there as well! It’s too bad as it’s a nice looking hook rack but not worth the headache.
