This seat close slow and does not slam. It was easy to install. We love how it's never cold to your bottom. I'm buying another one for upstairs.
This is a great toilet seat. I really like the stay-tite mounting hardware. This is such a clever design because the bottom nut snaps off when the proper torque has been achieved. I’ve had one of these seats for years and it is still as tight as the day it was put on. The slow close feature is also a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend this product and never thought I’d be this enthusiastic about a toilet seat!
Installed yesterday, so far it tightened very well and does not have any wiggling or give which I appreciate. Lid is light and doesn't close automatically. Installation was pretty easy but you do need a wrench or pliers to really tighten it per instructions.
Works just fine. I like that it is adjustable to fit the length of your bowl. It was a bit difficult to install but that’s only because I didn’t read instructions and didn’t have a wrench to install it. It does the job and I ordered a second one for another toilet in the house. 4/5 stars is because there are some black flecks embedded in the plastic that bother me, but not as much as I thought they would.
I have had 2 of these. Both literally fell apart in about a year. Do not recommend.
