The pillow fits my neck well. It’s sturdy: It’s held up without a pillow case since I bought it a few months ago. I wear it to sleep and sleep well with the stabilization to my neck that it provides.

I have searched endlessly for a comfortable pillow, one where I can get restful sleep. Enter this bamboo neck pillow. I place it around my neck and sleep on my regular pillow. This neck pillow gives me just enough lift under my neck to have the most comfortable, uninterrupted sleep in a long, long time! I highly recommend this pillow.

I use this pillow to provide neck support while sleeping. It has a snap that holds the pillow around the neck without being constricting. When I roll over from my back to my side, the pillow goes with me because of the snap. The outside cover is removable and washable, while an inside cover contains the filling. The filling is small pieces of foam, not a solid piece like memory foam which I find to be too hard for my comfort. It is firm enough to hold it's shape and provide support, but soft enough to be comfortable.
