Redemption Instructions

1. Go to the redemption link: BJ’s Club Card Enroll
2. On the right side of your screen, enter your unique promotion code in the Enter Code field, then click Apply.
3. Your estimated total should change from $55 to $0.
4. Fill out the Account Information form.
5. You can add ONE (1) Complimentary Household Membership for FREE and THREE (3) Supplemental Memberships for $30 EACH.
6. Click Save & Continue.
7. You may upgrade to The Club+ Card for an additional cost or decline on the next pop-up window that appears.
8. Confirm your billing/shipping address and check the box to certify that:
   
   
   
   • You are 18 years of age or older.
   • You have read the BJ’s membership terms, which are available on request and at BJs.com/terms.
   • Your membership includes enrollment into BJ’s Easy Renewal® (details on membership purchase page).
9. You’re all set! You’ve activated The Club Card 1-Year Membership with BJ’s Easy Renewal®, and your membership begins immediately. Visit the member services desk at any BJ’s club location and present your membership number with a valid ID in order to receive your physical The Club Card, or start shopping on BJs.com now.
