Made a Great gift! Very bright and the magnetic option is cool!

I bought this for my sister in law as part of her Christmas present and it was a huge hit with everyone! It was a unique gift, but really fun and I'm so glad she loved it. She says it has a special place on her bedside table. It's really cute when opened.

When I saw this item, I knew I had to have it. In the process of a remodel and having my dream built-in library shelves add, I knew this needed to be on those shelves. It charged quickly and the open/close feature to change the lights is nifty. Only down side maybe, is it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Its about the size of a small note pad/book, verses the size of a book. Also, I didn't know that the front and back cover are magnetic, which helps it make and stay in the fan shape. It does not lay flat (yet), if you open and let go of the cover it will automatically close, but since the covers have magnets inside, I figured I could just add small magnets to the shelf I want it to lay flat on.

This is super cute. I didn't read the description completely though. It has magnets that hold it open so you have to place it on something metal. I wanted it for my wooden bookshelf. I will still use it just have to figure it out first.
