These (2) Uber magnetic stickers are awesome. They stay on my door at high speed and they help to identify me as an Uber with out being obnoxious like those blue lights I see on the road. I am completely satisfied.

Good removable magnet for Uber logo outside of the car. Be careful in persistently hot & sunny weather. It has melted enough to be hard to remove & left some stuck to the car. May want to keep it off the car when not in use.

Item.as described, nicw quality, haven't used yet to test magnetic ability in weather in my zone yet. Did test on commercial fridge, seem to be strong enough to withstand weather.
