Right out of the box, there were several tiles that were just falling apart. Top pieces of wood fell off just from being picked up. Many of the little plastic cleats on the bottom were broken, or broke quickly after putting these on the floor. Pretty, but just holds together very poorly.

Purchased these tile - they looked absolutely beautiful in the box. Although after opening most boxes, there was a large batch that had scratches. Unfortunately we couldn’t install until after the 90 period because of other construction that was going on and the weather (it was 120 outside for most of the summer). So when we finally installed around month 4, we experienced some monsoons and the tile had major water stains and heat damage from the sun. I expected this after a couple years. But not after a month. We spent 1800 on the tile and the company only gave us a refund of 800 for the damage and 400 for the tile we returned. Not a full refund. They were horrible to deal with. Don’t waste your money on this product or on this company. They will screw you over.
