the bows on these fade after 4 months to orange very unsatisfied.

Mine came in today one of the plastic screw covers was missing the back portion and one of the front portion's rhinestones had come completely off.

Horrible product ! Demand a refund ! One of the plates the bow part came unglued ??? Like seriously and then the part to cover the screws also unglued just bad quality on general ! Don’t recommend to buy

Got what I paid. Missing tons of gems and it’s not even on the car yet. So upset I even spent money on this.

Frame is very pretty however it isn't durable at all. Majority of crystals are missing from frame placed in front of car. Product is designed to go outside of vehicle so one would think that it would be constructed to withstand wind. Claims of being durable and lasting are false. Reds bows have also faded. Called customer service and they will not replace because it was over 45 days. I only had frames for a few months. I do not recommend.

Very poor quality. Looked great out of the box. It’s been on our car for a couple of months and looks awful. The bow has gone from red to orange and is terribly faded. Do not buy this item.

Very sturdy metal in my opinion, but was disappointed that the bow on one of them is completely off centered. I did contact the vendor and they offered to issue a partial refund, which is ok, but I would've rather them just send me a replacement and they said they couldn't... found that to be odd. UPDATED TO 1 STAR: after being told I was getting a partial refund I was given a whole $3 back... IMO this is not ok and they didn't consult with me about what the amount given was going to be, but you'd figure they're 2 plates at least half back since they weren't willing to replace it 🤷‍♀️
